Clone Windows 2000 Hard Drive
I am setting up a new system with a 60 GB HD and all that is on it at this time is Win 2000 with all SPs and updates, IE 6 with all updates, drivers for the ASUS mb and NVidia card, NIS 2005, NSW 2005 and Norton Ghost 9 with all their updates. Since it involves the better part of a day to to accomplish this I want to clone the drive so I wont have to go through this again.The total space is 3.2 GB and I want to clone this to a 13 GB HD, that Windows sets as E:, for any emergency. When I try to use Ghost 9, as per directions, it creates a copy/clone that is only 1.7 GB and when I try to boot this drive I get the following message: Limited Virtual Memory, Your system has no paging file or it is too small and then it tells me what to do.

I can't get past this point either in normal boot or safe mode.The paging file on C: is 1.5 GB so if this is added to the 1.7 GB that was copied to E: then the total is the 3.2 GB shown on C. Symantec has not replied to my problem but I sure would like to get this problem resolved before I pull the rest of my hair.I did discover that Norton Go-Back and Ghost don't like each other, system hangs when trying to run Ghost, and had to remove both and then reinstall Ghost.Super Thanks for any ideas,Bob.
